The Timeshare Board Members Association, Inc. was organized in 2011 and has applied for status as a non-profit corporation. Shep Altshuler is president and its current Directors include Ray Jacobs, Esq. Shep Altshuler also serves as Executive Director to coordinate the activities of TBMA. An Advisory Committee is comprised of current or former timeshare HOA members, resort management professionals and other qualified individuals. They serve on a voluntary basis without compensation. The Advisory Committee sets the agenda for TBMA in fulfilling its mission. Since its inception, TBMA has focused on its purpose to provide education through a dynamic, continually evolving agenda. The Association seeks the active participation by HOA Board Members, onsite Resort Managers and industry experts to help TBMA in carrying out its mission and in serving its Membership.
